Shipping Policy

At Bottlenose Candles we aim to have your order packed and posted within 1-3 business days (with the exception of special request orders).

Orders are currently shipped through Australia Post.

We offer a flat $9.95 shipping rate within Australia.

Express shipping $15.95

Free shipping offered for orders over $100.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note Bottlenose Candles cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping with Australia Post due to issues related to COVID-19.

Local delivery is free and delivery is Saturday between 9am - 1pm. Free local delivery is available for all orders being delivered within the Macarthur region (Campbelltown, Camden & Wollondilly). We provide contactless delivery, leaving your order in a safe location. You will receive a text message once your order has been delivered.
