In the unfortunate event your candle has arrived broken during transit 

Please email Bottlenose Candles with a photo of your item and packaging  within  24 hours.

Once your request has been approved (please allow up to 48 hours) a replacement or refund will be issued.

​

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange for change of mind.
